Our Vision
Top Estates guides a limited number of buyers each year in the purchase of luxury villas, penthouses and new builds in Moraira, Jávea, Benissa and the Marina Alta. That limit is a deliberate choice. Our entire team, in Spain and in Belgium, works on every file. You get one dedicated point of contact who knows who you are, what you are looking for and what you would rather not see.
Our clients are established entrepreneurs, families of means and people who, after an exit, are looking for a second home or a new chapter on the Mediterranean. They value discretion and they value their time. That is why we do the preparatory work: we screen the market, including the villas that never appear online, we visit in advance and we only show what is genuinely worth seeing. If a property does not add up, we say so.
From the first video call to the handover of the keys we arrange everything: negotiation, legal and tax due diligence, NIE number, financing, notary and aftersales. If you prefer to build new, we guide you together with our sister company CIMA, from plot to finished villa.

Boutique by Design
Alongside homes to live in yourself, we also guide a selection of investment property from 450,000 euro: apartments and penthouses in prime locations, with the finish and build quality you would expect from a luxury villa.
We do not look at the broad market. There is plenty of it and it all looks alike. We only select projects where location, quality and return come together: strong rental demand, reliable developers and value growth that holds up.
Often these are properties we already know before they reach the market. That is how you build a position on the Costa Blanca that feels right both financially and personally.
